Tell us about yourself.
"I am a lab manager for the Canadian Center for DNA Barcoding (CCDB). We are located in Ontario, Canada. Our labs perform biodiversity studies all over the world. I've been working here around 6 years."
Can you give a background on your work with SeqGen?
"We probably wouldn't have known about SeqGen, because the science community is so small and we are located so far from SeqGen, but one of our colleagues had used them in the past and highly recommended them. We started working with SeqGen about 5 years ago, and have relied on them for our DNA sequencing ever since."
How would you describe your relationship with SeqGen?
"SeqGen has been the best for DNA sequencing by far. I really have nothing to complain about. The customer service has been excellent, and their equipment has been reliable. I would highly recommend them and I feel there is no comparison. The people at SeqGen are, also, extremely courteous. The level of experience in their engineers really has provided us with the best possible results."

"Absolutely. Without a doubt."

"Yes, like I said before, SeqGen is by far the best DNA sequencing provider, that I'm aware of, and we will happily continue to work with them."
