With that in mind, here are the simple steps to follow when requesting our services.

  1. Visit our website and click on SERVICE REQUEST located in the top bar menu or by visiting seqgen.com/service-request/. If you find it convenient, bookmark the page for future use, ensuring easy access whenever you need our services.
  2. Fill in the information in the Service Request form and include the following:
    • Serial number. This will enable us to efficiently look up your instrument’s service history and provide accurate reports after the service.
    • Brief Description. Provide a summary of the instrument symptoms.
    • Error Message. Please include the error message image.
  1. Please complete the form, and our team will get in touch with you as soon as possible to provide any necessary assistance.
